In 2012, our founder Daniel graduated from Babson College. Guided by a new education, a passion for food, and years of food industry experience, his dream of owning a restaurant was kindled. As fate would have it, a vacant storefront opened up next door to his father’s Pizzeria. It was a small space, but Daniel knew it was special. After wracking his brain over what he could do with this space, it finally hit him.
Through his travels, he became quite the burrito connoisseur, chowing down on burritos of all kinds from coast to coast. With no competition in the area, it became obvious that burritos are the future. With support from his father, Los Amigos Taqueria- a new fast-casual restaurant serving authentic Mexican cuisine with a contemporary twist- was born!
